41.  First All That She Wants, then Don't Turn Around.  Yeah, this at least verifies that this new tagger is an Ace of Base fan. Considering these songs came out in the early nineties, the accompanying flowers, the graffiti inexperience and the close proximity to the ethnically diverse Riverside Plaza, I'm guessing this is a young, recently arrived to the country teenage girl. 

I have not seen 'The Sign'.
